Prévoyez une tenue de sport confortable, des chaussures de sport et une bouteille d'eau. Tout le matériel d'entraînement est fourni par la box.

Le CrossFit combine haltérophilie, gymnastique et cardio avec des WODs variés. HYROX est une compétition de fitness standardisée alternant course et exercices fonctionnels. Nous proposons les deux !
